Socialvalueup started by building the spaces that people working at industrial sites need.
We believed that a room to rest alone after work, and a shelter from the heat and cold, should be close to the work site.

RE:ARK is a modular stay unit that makes use of spare space in existing buildings.
It is meant to be installed where it is needed and moved and reused when the location changes.
We are also developing a mobile heated and cooled rest booth for outdoor sites.

Providing a good space comes with ongoing management.
Socialvalueup is developing an operation system that checks access, safety and equipment status.
We are also expanding into technology that tracks facility energy use and forecasts changes in the power grid.

Our standard is whether something actually helps on site.
We will keep checking our products and technology so they bring comfort to the people who use them and convenience to the people who manage them.
We will also share our development progress and pilot results step by step.

We will grow into a company that builds the spaces and technology working people and local communities need.

Thank you.
